Gates open 12:00 noon on Friday, August 31st
JUDGING: All vehicles in competition must be judged in designated area, weather permitting. ALL JUDGING IS FINAL.
FACILITIES: Showers, flush toilets and porta-johns. Electric and water on a first come, first served basis. Food and souvenirs will be sold from vendors. Event merchandise and ice available.
COMMUNICATIONS: Loud and clear PA system throught the grounds. Pay phone available on grounds.
AWARDS: Trophies awarded for all games and Show n' Shine & costume contest.
ENTERTAINMENT: The Band "Beyond Reason" will play Saturday and Sunday nights (check their song list on their site for requests). Mr. & Mrs. Fallout Contest. Adult & Childrens Games.

This four day, three night camp-out Event is open to all Van, Truck and 4X4 Truck Clubs. Independent Truck owners are welcome. No cars, motorcycles, or walk-ins! No unauthorized ATV's, go-carts, etc. on grounds. No unauthorized raffles to be sold. There are no dump facilities for portable toilets or trailer sewage tanks, do not dump in toilets or porta-johns. Absolutely no fireworks or firearms will be permitted. No checks or foreign currency will be accepted at the gate. The New Jersey Van Council reserves the right to refuse entrance or remove any person or persons from the grounds for any reason.
NO JERKS, ASSHOLES OR BAD ATTITUDES!
CHILD CURFEW
All children 16yrs. & under MUST remain in their campsites from 10PM SHARP until 8AM. All parents are responsible to enforce this rule. NO exceptions! All parents will be held responsible for their child's actions.
NOTICE
Please bring one can or box of non-perishable food to the gate. This food will be donated to the Norwescap Food Bank and distributed to those in need. If you come to the gate without the food you may be hit-up for a buck, since the food donation is part of the entry fee.
